Farad MedPos Free — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Farad MedPos Free Android application (package com.threedbazar.mediposfree; "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. The licence we grant you

3D Bazar grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own business or personal pharmacy/point-of-sale operations. The App and its source code remain the intellectual property of 3D Bazar.

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this is expressly allowed by mandatory local law.
• Strip, hide, or replace the in-app advertisements served by Google AdMob.
• Distribute, re-publish, or sell the App or any modified version of it.
• Use the App for activities that are illegal under Bangladesh law, including the sale of controlled or counterfeit medicines.

3. The App is provided "as is"

The App is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of the pre-loaded medicine catalogue, or uninterrupted operation. The 150 seeded products and their prices are starting reference data; you are responsible for keeping product information current, accurate, and compliant with Bangladesh pharmacy regulations.

4. No medical advice

The App is a sales and inventory tool. Nothing it displays — including product names, descriptions, or prices — constitutes medical advice, dosing guidance, or a prescription. Always defer to a licensed pharmacist or physician for clinical decisions.

5. Your data is your responsibility

All business data — products, invoices, customer names, reports — lives only on your device. 3D Bazar does not hold copies. If you uninstall the App, change devices, or your device is lost or damaged, the data is gone unless you have your own backup. See the Data Retention Policy for backup guidance.

6. Advertising

The free build is funded by interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob after a successful receipt or report print. By using the App you consent to seeing these advertisements and to Google's collection of the ad-serving data described in the Privacy Policy and Ads & Third-Party Disclosure. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for their content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, 3D Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost sales, lost data, lost profits, regulatory fines, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total cumulative liability under these Terms is capped at BDT 0, reflecting the free, no-charge nature of the App.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services — including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and your Bluetooth thermal printer — that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or behaviour of those services.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or withdraw the App from the Play Store at any time, with or without notice. Your local data and rights under these Terms survive uninstall to the extent applicable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above tracks the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
