Farad Grocery — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Farad Grocery Android application (package com.threedbazar.grocery; "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. The licence we grant you

3D Bazar grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own grocery or retail point-of-sale operations. The App and its source code remain the intellectual property of 3D Bazar.

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code, except where expressly allowed by mandatory local law.
• Strip, hide, or replace the in-app advertisements served by Google AdMob.
• Distribute, re-publish, or sell the App or any modified version of it.

3. The App is provided "as is"

The App is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. The pre-loaded product catalogue and prices are starting reference data; you are responsible for keeping product information current and accurate.

4. Your data is your responsibility

All business data — products, invoices, reports — lives only on your device. 3D Bazar does not hold copies. If you uninstall the App, change devices, or your device is lost or damaged, the data is gone unless you have your own backup. See the Data Retention Policy for backup guidance.

5. Advertising

The free build is funded by interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob after a successful receipt or report print. By using the App you consent to seeing these advertisements and to Google's collection of the ad-serving data described in the Privacy Policy and Ads & Third-Party Disclosure. We are not responsible for advertised content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, 3D Bazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost sales, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total cumulative liability is capped at BDT 0, reflecting the free, no-charge nature of the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or withdraw the App from the Play Store at any time with or without notice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
